“Enhanced Performance” is an mixed-media stage-born canvas, built through kinetic motion created live on stage during the early Curse Mackey solo era. The piece began as a raw canvas on the floor of the stage — paint poured into loose pools, pushed and pulled through movement, noise, and physical performance. Every smear, abrasion, and mark comes from that 45 minute performance.
This is the only one of the performance paintings to be mounted on a wooden frame. Very sharp looking on the wall.
The canvas has since been professionally stretched on a wooden frame, preserving the energy of its creation while giving it a clean, ready-to-hang presence. One of one.
